i'm typing one handed right now because i have an iv in but am committing myself to posting tonight. i found out friday that treatment was for sure starting monday (yesterday). and start it did. radiation side effects that i thought wouldn't show up for a few weeks started on day one. it has been nice being ignorant for the last week since there hasn't really been any cancer talk lately. although it is the elephant in the room, so what isn't being talked about is always being thought about.
right now i am sitting in the chemo room going on two hours of my first treatment. i have seen many patients come in and out and it has been very surreal. but that will be saved for my post tonight - the one when i can type with two hands.
so, until tonight...remember, i've committed...and i've got some words to share. i'm sure your hanging on the edge of your seat...is that the right saying???

Im just impressed that you were able to type that much with just one hand! Seriously impressive.
